Your Conduct

However, First Preston HT accepts no responsibility whatsoever in connection with or arising from Your Communications. First Preston HT does not endorse and has no control over the content of the Communications submitted by others to appearing in the Forums, and makes no express or implied warranties as to the content of the Communications or the accuracy and reliability of any Communications appearing in the Forums.
If at any time First Preston HT chooses, in its sole discretion, to monitor the Forums, First Preston HT nonetheless assumes no responsibility for the content of the Communications,no obligation to modify or remove any inappropriate Communications (except as provided by law), and no responsibility for the conduct of the user submitting any Message. In submitting Communications to Forums, you agree to strictly limit yourself to discussions about the subject matter for which the Forums are intended. You agree that First Preston HT accepts no liability whatsoever if it determines to prevent your Communications from being submitted or if it edits, restricts or removes your Communications. You also agree to permit any other user of this Site to access, view, store or reproduce the material for that other user’s personal use and not to restrict or inhibit the use of the Site by any other person.
You agree that any Communications You submit to the Forums become the property of First Preston HTs and may be used, copied, sublicensed, adapted, edited, transmitted, distributed, publicly performed, published, displayed, or deleted by First Preston HT at its option.
First Preston HT reserves the right to prevent You from submitting Materials to Forums and to edit, restrict or remove such Communications for any reason at any time.

Upload, transmit, post, email or otherwise make available to the Site, any content or other material in any format that: (i) is false, inaccurate, misleading, fraudulent, unlawful (including, but not limited to, laws governing consumer protection, unfair competition, antidiscrimination, or false advertising), harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortuous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, invasive of another’s privacy, libelous and/or otherwise objectionable; (ii) infringes any third party’s intellectual property, whether a copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, or other proprietary rights or rights of publicity or privacy; or (iii) contains viruses, worms, Trojan horses, time bombs, cancelbots, Easter eggs, corrupted files, or any other similar software or programs designed to interrupt, interfere, intercept, expropriate, destroy or limit the functionality of any data, personal information, computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment.
